Monday Motivation Instead of Trepidation

Stepping into a Monday, we all do it but are we walking with confidence as we step into the day or do we have expectations that are not so high?

It is our choice after all, but some have concerns about "Monday" even before it starts.  Now I am not saying or implying that this is you.  Of course not your head is held high with confidence and you can hardly wait until this day comes your way.  Right?

My intention is to share some thoughts that I have about how I define success, how I choose to live my mantra of daily life and even share my thoughts on failure and learning from it.

First let me say this, I am a work in progress but I understand that in order to progress it takes work and I choose to define my path upfront and carefully monitor my frame of reference so that I can be my own leader instead of someone else's sheep being herded into the day.

Lets start of with a quote:

Indeed we are the student, moving forward, learning, falling and getting back up but even if you fall you need to know your learning from the fall.

How I define success: 

What if you focused and defined success was just being a change agent in someones life that allowed them to breathe easier.  What if you lived by that belief?

How I think about treating each other:

Just imagine if you lived each of your 1440 minutes each day focusing on these three thoughts.

I leave you with this simple question.

What if you did think and focus on these simple beliefs and put them into your action plan each day?

Think before you speak; how often have you heard this gem growing up? Plenty of times I am sure.

Yet time and time again we insert a word or conversation that we regret or at the very least causes more harm than good.

Everything we do and say should have powers to help or heal or at the very least do no harm.

When we reach out with our words we don't know how much hurt they can cause, until its to late.

Words of course can also heal, help and uplift.  The power of the spoken word has positive and not so positive aspects.

So the next time you want to speak and perhaps blurt something out ask your self these questions:

What harm could these words cause another?

Does this statement share gossip or does it share good news?

Will I in any way regret the words I am about to say?

If you can take the time to practice these 3 questions then maybe you can make the time to not cause harm or discomfort.

What is our purpose in life.  Not yours and mine in particular I mean all of us in particular, the man and woman purpose in life.

I love the idea of unveiling magnificence.

What a concept.  Love it.

So it got me to ponder about all that I share with you the reader, the purpose that I share words to inspire, to enlighten to entertain and educate.

I like not love this interaction and sharing that takes place.  I hope you enjoy it just as much as I do.

Starting 2/01/12 I will be posting during the day the Smiles and Inspiration 2012.  I have prayed about this and listened to my inner spirit and it says to give it and share it with all.  So that is what I choose to do come 2/01/12.

To those who got it via email I will continue to do that until you say thats ok.

But I thank you 33 who wanted it and received it freely and I hope you respect and like my decision to share it with all.  Who am I to keep it for only 33 and so it will be shared 2/01.
