The Monday Mantra this week is one that I have shared but want to go a little deeper.   The reason for it and how it can effect your daily attitude and expectations.

Expect the Best ! For you and those you are serving

Serving your clients, your family we deserve, they deserve that you expect the best.  For yourself and for them.  Be the best in your thought process, in how you step into this Monday and every Monday.


Hope for Better for others, for the world but expect the best for you

You can not control how others think, why they think the way they do.
It is indeed their journey with their values.  Nor should you even try to control or impact others.  

The way you can impact others is by living the smile, embracing the gratitude and serving with joy.  That is expecting the best.

Hoping for better is the second phase.

For me nothing heals as good as laughter, it may bring some tears but these are tears of joy.  A laugh shared does even more it passes on this joy to others and in a room of laughter you have a pretty big party going on.

Comedy films

You Tube videos of your favorite comedian 

Old Sitcoms like 'Friends' or 'Seinfeld'

Cartoons the old ones from the 60's and 70's

Find your source and bookmark them for later dates.
Dates that you need them or just a daily break from heartaches.


Laughter always wins


Stay young laugh a lot daily

To laugh often and much

The path we have taken we chose.  We have the freedom to alter it each and everyday if we wanted to.  The freedom to choose our attitude, and focus on gratitude.  The freedom to find time to meditate, to choose a more productive path each moment of everyday.

We have that freedom yet many don't choose to use it.

Failure is an education so it can't be that
Information to more education and ways to improve is plentiful.

So it can't be that.

To decide and to act upon these freedoms is indeed the key.

Take that leap of faith and the universe when notified will conspire to put the energy in motion.

Aspire to more
Inspire to climb

Act and it will be given with effort and action and evaluation.

The power of silence and the need to be grateful for it.  Silence from the drama the world is expelling, the silence from the noise in our own lives.  

To have silence from the daily morning meditation
To have silence by just being still and know that you have this moment
To have silence because you deserve it

To live and push forward in normal conditions requires trust. In times like these with nerves being trampled upon by the news requires so much much more trust.

Grow your trust in what you can do, the controllables are the focus and within your circle of you we have so many.

Growing requires faith, have faith.
