At times we learn the most about ourselves when we are alone.  Truly to be alone and content is a serene place to be.  To meditate is to be alone and we all know the power of meditation in our lives.

To overcome that feeling of loneliness can seem daunting for some.  But when you establish dominance over this emotion life truly becomes educational.

Love the one your with

your with you 24 hours enjoy your space

create your space

create your emotional home

learn to listen to the self talk that is bad and get rid of it

own your emotions

own your space

own the fact that you are in charge of your thoughts

own it

spend it daily and keep the knowledge that your awesome 

in your bank

stop looking for others to define your worth, your mood, your happiness

look within

use the time alone to develop and strengthen your self 

use the time to look in the mirror and truly love what you see

use the time to smile

just as this smile was sent to you : )

A few days ago I used a video with much of the same message.  I love Emerson and I have used him a few times as well.

I don't like to quit.  I am very persistent and sometimes its not such a good thing.  Sometimes it hurts when I have to quit.

I must say doing a post in the morning for Smiles and Inspiration 2012 and then emailing and then working as many hours as I do and then sharing with you this quote and video and scripture each and every night show a lot of my persistence and promise to make a difference and share what good can come from my finger tips.

I do appreciate all of your comments and kind words. I must admit that I truly enjoy sharing my feelings and inspirations with you.  Many of them do just flow from my fingertips and roll off my energy that I send out.

The smiles I send to you are very real.

The laughter that I share with those who know me, well its my pleasure.

Life can be hard.

Don't I know this after the year I just came out of.  But truly many people have it much much worse.

I understand that and I share with you my words to help lift yourself up possibly but more importantly help you to want to lift another person out of their blues or sadness or mundane attitude that this world can produce from time to time.

I write to share because I care I love to say.

I hope you share in my passion and want to lift not only your spirit but the spirt of another.

Never quit doing that .... Just keep on, keeping on and as always smiles sent to you and yours : )
