Change always wanted in dream state, never embraced in practice and always fought over when truly in the process.  Change is never easy nor should it be, but with changes comes new opportunity and new growth.

With out change there would be no butterflies.
With out change there would be growth in the families.
With out change we would die from sheer boredom.

Change will happen with or without your permission

but it will happen

make the most of it 

make the best of it

learn from it

grow from it

the "it" is change

you are in charge of you
