What a gift life is, each day to fill our heart and speech with gratitude that we are blessed to be alive and free.
When you acknowledge that the gift of life is awesome and that you are blessed to be free something starts to happen. The clouds that may be above your head, those dark clouds start to dissipate quickly. The sun starts to slip through and warms your soul and spirit.
Your heart begins to soar and your mind begins to think not with just clarity but with purpose.
Imagine to live your day with a fragrant sense of gratitude and have your attitude begin to understand that all that truly changed was your focus and understanding.
Just a thought, why not for the next week try it. No matter how bleak you think things are in your life. Take a step back and acknowledge the gift of life and the awesome ability to be free. Try it. For a week. Each morning speak words of gratitude to the energy force that surrounds you and your family. Give thanks, spoken thanks for life, for freedom and for wisdom to know that you have choices.
Choices to smile, to spread joy and to give laughter freely.
Will you try it for a week? Today and for the next 6 days. First thing in the morning and before bed. Giving thanks, aloud and for anyone to hear your appreciation for life, freedom and choices to share that smile, that joy and laughter with ease.
