Happy Tuesday everyone! Another day to be grateful, maybe open up that gratitude journal and place some thoughts in about your gratitude, what makes you happy today and what keeps your heart soaring.
You know some of mine already. What's yours? What makes your heart soar like wings on a dove, climbing higher into the sky? How much time do you spend in gratitude each week? A few hours a week?
How about this lets try 10 minutes in the AM and 10 minutes in the PM.
Start each session with I am grateful for _________ Because of this appreciation it allows me to ________ and __________.
Just a simple exercise you could do each AM and PM. Try it if not daily every other day.
When you are in a state of gratitude you become more appreciative and resourceful. You start to think in the positive and push away negative thoughts and attitudes.
This past weekend for me gives me so much to be grateful for, my friends here on Gather and on Facebook who took time out to give best wishes and congrats I want to take the time out right here to say 'Thank you'.
Take time out today to write down and share your appreciations.
Take time out to put your state into a very positive position and push away any negativity.
Don't let anyone steal your dreams or your joy today. Stay Hungry.
Don't let anyone tell you that your not able to do that or that it can't be done. Stay Foolish.
Live for today.
Laugh always.
Think and meditate often.
