To climb to fall to fail and to climb again
To laugh often and much
To rise each day with certainty in your dreams and goals, to step in the day and know its outcome is not so certain.
Took a tumble last night, was sore but not broken this morning. After many heat and ice packs and hot showers and baths and repeat a few times I am not quite 100% but more than the 40% I was this morning.
Yes we intend to climb and sore to new heights but at times we will fall and have failure. It is an education indeed. To rise and maybe fall but to rise again is the bravery that is instilled in all of us.
Fall down and get back up
Mend and heal and learn from your mistakes
Take a deep breath and move forward no matter what move forward
Rise will do
Stand we must
Have faith and hope in your journey
Never stop getting back up
Stronger and wiser than before
Stand tall
Smiles sent as well : )
