To laugh often and much

Everyday I hope you laugh, not just a giggle or a snicker but a deep air flowing, tear flowing laugh. The one that you miss and try to bring back when it ends. You know the ones, the one that brings a big smile for a few seconds and you sigh before moving forward.

These days the news is multi directional, we have so many stories and yet one true truth. We have some that dispute an election even though judges on both sides have disagreed. We have others that still try to pass the truth that the world is flat and has an edge. The fake news story that has even taken over into Russia that arrest and convict and stance those who try to give the truth for the people of Russia.

Yes it may be difficult to laugh often and much as a war rages on.

But possibly we need to listen to our inner self, our spirit that has the ability to analyze thousands of days before the time we now live in.

The one spirit that has the knowledge that we do have a sun that rises in the east and sets in the west. We have a day of 24 hours not 21 and 1/2. The inner intuition that advises that hope and faith and love are the best of these emotions and the greatest is indeed love.

So laugh at the moment you find a snicker coming on ... come on let that laughter go and shed a few wet tears.
