Last four days in the month, hope this was a journey for you as it was for me.  Growth is challenging, full of changes, full of uneasiness and you don't stay the same if you don't grow.   You indeed will regress life is full of change you either change with it or change it the way you want it.

Build upon your steps, no matter how tiny the steps forward matter. They matter today and over a long period of time they matter tomorrow.

If you feel like you are in the wrong place and feel like you don't belong then evaluate the situation closely and is it timing or is it you.  Sometimes the mirror is foggy from distorted vision and beliefs make sure you wipe it clean with mediation and affirmations.

The building upon the progress made will increase your growth.

Rise up and embrace it

Focus your Energy and Growth

Grow with affirmations and with persistence to become more
