 Welcome to a month of Growth

Why a month of growth? Well you have to start somewhere.  Every year we start with new year resolutions and not too long we give them up, we quit and move on.  Why?  Good question, maybe its too hard to adapt, change, dreams we have but goals we set and keep, it is to laugh at times.

So a month thirty days ( 30 ) to dreams, set goals and plans from these goals.  Challenges to face, changes to adjust focus on and to walk forward to and state loud and proud ~ I CAN and I WILL.

Affirmations to state often and rise up because we should and we deserve it.  I AM, two words that what follows affirms the very best or worst of what we deliver.

To expect the best of ourselves and for others we serve and love.  My Sunday post from my other blog will be linked here.  It is a passion of mine and a dream and goal to create a foundation to help others rise up and share their dreams and replace limiting past or present thoughts that create results that are limiting if any are created at all.

Rise up

Bridges to cross, to look from and some we need to burn.  Not all bridges are rewarding but all come with a view.  We all choose what we are willing to tolerate.

Share kindness

Love yourself

Love others

We can and we will

At least we should and we must

Be filled with passion and joy
