20 years ago, buildings and planes fell, loss of life and fear spread

We came together

20 years ago strangers grieved over a nation in hurt

We came together

20 years ago the USA started its rise from the ashes

We came together

We took our belts off at airports, screened our luggage eliminating the items banned to carry.  We removed our shoes at the screening area and raised our arms for electronic searching.  We didn't fight each other over the Patriot Act and loss of some freedoms.

We came together

Maybe we should come together now 20 years later 

For those who we lost on 9/11 we remember

We can and we should come together in your names

Never forget

Love sent 

Reach out

Share kindness

Love yourself

Love others

We can and we will

At least we should and we must

Rise up

Be filled with passion and joy
