We have come to the end of a month, a month of growth and a month of possible and probable transformations.  The power of the words I AM and those words that follow have immediate power to transform.

Use them

The power of the words I CAN and I WILL have immediate power to motivate and accelerate growth and end procrastination and worry and stagnation.  The words used often have power.

Use them

A new month starts tomorrow and the last third of the year is near

Seasons about to transform summer to fall

Football and fall leaves we cheer on and admire

Expect the best and you will often get it

For others hope for better you are not responsible for their actions

Strive to do more than thrive and use your gifts

Rise above and share love and kindness

Use them

Understanding the human potential is not impossible to duplicate.  We can replicate, duplicate with knowledge and effort and will.  The human spirit can respond in a very strong way with affirmations like I AM and I CAN and I WILL.  We all have the power to use that, we all have the ability to read, or write, or speak or think thoughts that have this power laced throughout.


Rise up * Speak power * Will yourself to take action * Spread joy

Spread Love * Spread the power of possibility like only you can 


You are self propelled * Fueled from within

Rise up

Be the change agent you are born to be

I AM grateful for this day

 Day 28 Taking time to appreciate more

Daily we can make a difference, in  very simple and easy ways.  I work in a very competitive sales business.  Team members who strive for the next completely satisfied client who says no 60 to 70% of the time before the say yes later or move forward.    So to have a positive team member who shares the simple words, ' I appreciate you ' can make energy flow in a strong and effervescent way among the daily process.

A simple 'God Bless You' my favorite also is simple and easy to use.  Three simple words again to make another rise up and breathe easier in the moment and beyond.

So make the difference, share kindness and love and move forward simple ways in very difficult times.

God designed it and over time we have lost it because of neglect and disease that we have created with bad habits and poor decisions.  Reach and grasp for the best you should expect.  Stretch into the unknown and realize your true potential.
