'All of us share in the same abundance of the universe. Every flow of energy, we need to just be aware and tap into the goodness that surrounds us. Gratitude allows us to share and tap into this energy and gives us immediate access to abundance.

Be filled with kindness ~ it is free to share
Be filled with joy and love ~ it is free to flow to the rest around you
This writer understands clearly that life is a struggle and obstacles abound and we are human and feel all emotions. This indeed is normal to feel anger, sadness and other emotions that are below the ones we wish to strive for, calmness and happiness. However what is we strive for is the good and once we are aware that abundance and gratitude are free and we only need to reach for them. To rise up and reach for them.
Rise up and Reach for the good.
Embrace the beauty of the world and focus on that. Take long walks through nature. Take the time and make the time to be silent and still in meditation. Focus on that be alone with that.
