 We came into this world in a very social and nurturing way, a delivery room, 24/7 care and developed with attention and love.

So now we often now we are social beings that are living in a world that many stand alone.

Depend on self and be the best you can be for you

Educate your spirit and push the envelope on your growth

Make your dreams real by turning them into goals

Turn your goals into plans that are measurable 

Execute your measurable plans and allow for failure but push for success

Evaluate and Meditate often so you can embrace and enjoy your victories

Rise up and enjoy your wins and share your love and kindness

Don't let the net of self doubt to hold you back

Don't let the walls of past failure hold you in

Make failure your education and learn from it

Grow from the storm you may fall into but keep moving forward

Seek and obtain all future endeavors with hope.  Hope gives but we must obtain it and use it.

put in the work the effort will be worth it

The results of life are from effort put forth.  The diet we permit will deliver the health we obtain.  The steps we take to reach a goal will define its success.  We, the members of the human race matter.  We can not just hope for the result we wish for, we need to attack and strategize the plan at hand to allow for the results we indeed wish for but we must focus and put in the work.

All of us share in the same abundance of the universe.  Every flow of energy, we need to just be aware and tap into the goodness that surrounds us.  Gratitude allows us to share and tap into this energy and gives us immediate access to abundance.

Be filled with joy and love ~ it is free to flow to the rest around you

This writer understands clearly that life is a struggle and obstacles abound and we are human and feel all emotions.  This indeed is normal to feel anger, sadness and other emotions that are below the ones we wish to strive for, calmness and happiness.  However what is we strive for is the good and once we are aware that abundance and gratitude are free and we only need to reach for them.  To rise up and reach for them.

Rise up and Reach for the good.

Embrace the beauty of the world and focus on that.  Take long walks through nature.  Take the time and make the time to be silent and still in meditation.  Focus on that be alone with that.

A bridge in Autumn waiting to be crossed from one perception and

obstacles or drops of beauty that is in our path.

Winter is on its way.  This season may not look like this in your neighborhood but it will look like this again somewhere.  Nature works like that and so it will again.

We often take that for granted.  The seasons roll in and roll out on our calendar.  But do we use them for our advantage? 

Even if it is just a stunning photo.  A moment of solace in a busy hectic day.
