When we take more time to make the perfect egg or the perfect pancake instead of looking at our own process of self development maybe we should say why.
Half the battle is accepting this and believing it and putting this fact in your life.
All the bad that has happened to you it is time to let go of the past.
If the bad is still continuing, a bad relationship, a bad addiction, a bad unhealthy lifestyle then the time is to address, count your blessings, address the strengths you have and attach your self to the latter.
We are created to be perfect, why should you doubt that.
