Self Confidence ~ Disabling the Enabler

Some social is good and some can be destructive to the human spirit. Some family and friends can be enablers of your self confidence problems.  You control the narrative.

Don't let anyone trample through your mind and thoughts.  Thoughts create actions and beliefs.  If their words and deeds don't feel good maybe it is time to disable that input.

Define the problem of your self confidence issues.

Is it your perception or is it a perception that is being fed by incorrect data and input.

Enablers can be a bad record and rhyme that can replay over and over.

Their perception is just that theirs.  Are they building you up or limiting you.

Worse yet are they constantly or intermittently tearing your spirit down.

If they are then why are you giving them such power?

Storms exist differently for everyone
Is your storm severe?

Thoughts become things

Rethink your position

Reposition yourself with better thoughts

Thoughts become things

A great resource I wanted to share.

You need to know your role in this

Be strong

Be wise

Affirm the obvious and move forward

Actions like walking away whether physically or mentally matter.

You may have a place in the relationship, friendship, or work related scenario.

But you may not need to allow their rhetoric to change your personal belief and faith in yourself.  Grow away from the bad negative feelings, do not ever cower or except them.

BE AT PEACE WITH YOUR SELF

USE AFFIRMATIONS

USE GREAT I AM STATEMENTS

YOU ARE SPECIAL, YOU WERE BORN WITH PERFECTION

Believe and achieve
Grow and BE happy

Become a source of good news for someone

Enlighten and as always smile

Share your talents

Share your energy to make this world, our world a better place.

Share you smile, a kind word, a random act of kindness.

Don't wait the time, this time is your very own moment

Make a difference

Today

Embrace always, smile forever and share united.
