The Grand Old Flag May It Always Wave Free
The flag represents us all.
From the protester who marches and tells their story
To the Family who lost their soldier in battle.
The fought their battle and told their story as well.
They gave lives for the very freedom to protest the wrong and felt injustice.
Not a few hearts, not the chosen hearts
Every Heart beats true.
We are all in this together
The sooner we understand this concept
The sooner we will be able to show empathy to the oppressed and weary.

From Ronald Reagan:
"When we honor our flag, we honor what we stand for
as a nation—freedom, equality, justice, and hope."
May we do the flag justice
May we give freedom throughout this land
May we love and show compassion
May we show empathy and grace
Not just on holidays but every day.
It is up to you after all.
