Trust ~ Hope ~ Faith ~ Belief
Four words that mean much in today's new normal. What are they and how are they similar and how do we cling to these words to ride the rails of life during this pandemic.
What is trust its defined as:
A firm belief in the reliability, truth, or strength of someone or something; (google search).
Trust is that feeling you had as a small child in the parent, in the holidays, in the moment you sat for the first time on a playground swing, (the chains held). Yes....
Trust is knowing that sun for rise and a new day will come to the forefront when we lose that loved one.
Trust is everything in a friendship and a relationship. Once broken its hard to get back but with love and prayer and loyalty it is possible.
What is hope. it is defined as:
A feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. (Google search).
Hope is another feeling that you had at any age that this to shall pass, the grief, the anger the fear it will pass.
We not only have hope we have faith.
Faith my favorite bible verse:
Plain and simple we walk by faith not by sight. We turn a switch on to light up a room in faith.
We lay our head on a pillow in faith that we will rise again.
Belief the last key word here is full circle of it all. We have belief in our parent, we believe and trust and hope that love will always swallow up its opposite. We believe in the moment that this will be alright. That is will pass and the norm will be what it is.
A simple smile with the eyes.
A simple heart shaped with our hands.
A touch of the chest and a point to another to say thank you.
A bow in respect instead of handshake to prove your a man.
A wink to say all of the above when its nicely planned.
That will be the new norm.
Maybe just maybe I trust and hope and have faith that this can happen easier each day in every way.
Will you have that belief?
I hope so.
Embrace always, smile forever and share united.
