Can you truly say and mean and believe and know without a doubt the following:

I AM awesome
I AM intelligent
I AM unique and gifted to help others
I AM a great parent
I AM on the road to success
I AM always looking out for the best in others
I AM able to protect my heart and spirit
I AM able to follow my desires and goals to make my life better
I AM healthy in body, mind and spirit
I AM wealthy in love and secure in my finances
I AM getting better each day in every way.

When you said those for the first time, did it feel true?
When you read those again did one or two not ring true for you?

They say, the great scholars and philosphers that what you think and say to yourself all the time becomes truth.

Your thoughts become things

So truly on this day maybe your mind shift if you will should say:
