Monday Motivation and Focusing on the Present

The present moment at hand and to focus on the current task is often easier said than done.  We often look down the road well before the road has been traveled.  We want to find the end result sooner than it is often earned.

The time to focus is at each stage of the journey, not only so that the journey is completed but traveled well.

The task at hand deserves your focus

The present and your efforts now determine the results 

that will reward you in the future.

Focus on what you do have control of at this moment

don't focus on what others think or say

it is none of your business what others think of you anyway

that is on them not you

To loose sight of the end is not the goal, we must always look ahead

but the focus must be on the present moment but yet not get lost with our overall desired destination.

Truly whatever you focus on expands : )
