Motivation is the reason we do something.
In order to act upon something we need to be motivated be someone or something.
Often we are so busy we forget to take care of self
It is truly good to push ourselves out of our comfort zone but
do it in a way that is healthy for our mind and spirit.
Be kind to yourself and don't compare yourself to others
Better to compare yourself to yesterday and say I am better and I continue to grow!
