When pausing at that mirror

That today and everyday you look in your mirror, smile at your reflection, look into your heart, search your soul, give praise to God above and love it all.  My wish for you today and everyday.

Give thanks, share love, dream always and  smile forever.

How many of us really take the time to look into our eyes, look deep into those thoughts and dreams and take a inspection of what we carry with us.

What do you carry with you each day?

What do you project?  What vibes do you send out and what energy is turned from it.

We all should take the time to reflect and inspect our heart, desires and actions and look from above the energy we project out into the world.

A quote on reflection from Confucius:

By three methods we may learn wisdom:

First, by reflection, which is noblest;

Second, by imitation, which is easiest;

and third by experience, which is the bitterest.

Reflection that image is not always clear on first glance, many times we need to inspect closer because the first image we see if we see it at all can be done with a glance, its that deep inspection that will help us understand our spirit and soul.
