Everyday begins with words unspoken

with endless possibilities

Everyday begins with time ticking by

first seconds, then minutes and hours soon pass on.

Choose to live a life that you can say with pride

'I chose that, glad I did would not look back'

For if you always can say those words

you will have joy and gratitude deep within

Within a spirit and soul that loves what they see

Loves what they hear

Loves what they touch

Loves so much

For life is meant to love and to be loved

Choose to care and to share

Choose to make a difference

How you may ask

To smile, so the world smiles back

To listen, so that others are heard

To care, so they know your concerned

To share, to show you have less greed

To love, to have love dealt in return

and should that love be slow to find you

know that love is all around

in the morning dew that feeds the plants

in the bee that pollenates the flower

in the tree that gives shade on a hot sunny day

in the water that cascades over rocks in the stream each day

they serve and so should we

so smile today and help those who might be in need
