Staying in Focus on Sunday *New* 07/03/11

Happy Sunday to you all!  Smiles and well wishes are sent to all and may everyone at home and out traveling have a wonderful and safe 4th of July!
I have both Sunday and Monday off and in the car sales world, (yes I sell Toyota's and Scions in Pittsburgh), that is not a given, most stores are open.  So I am very happy to have this time off to rest and honor our freedoms.
May your time with family and friends be spent with love and excitement.
So a question what will you do this July 4th to celebrate our freedom? Wil you stand with me and give honor to our men and women of our armed forces? They protect and serve us 24/7 and at the very least we can say thank you for you for having them protect our nation and borders.

My focus today will be on the word and future of innovation in our society.
Innovation not just in new products but new ways of using our society to help others and help our spirit of humanity become more unique in the manner of kindness, acceptance, tolerance.

How magical to truly become each others brother and sister to help this world improve with love.
To improve with love.  What a simple yet great sounding phrase.
To improve with love
First lets define innovation from dictionary.com:
— n
1.something newly introduced, such as a new method or device
2.
the act of innovating

So since we have defined the word innovation what do I mean to be innovative in society and how we treat each other.
The power of action and reaction is immense in nature and it can be in the world of interaction and how we treat each other.
The human spirit has power and first let me share a quote on this power of the human spirit :
“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.”
~ Helen Keller

Think with a clear mind on this in the coming week.  Forget our past perceptions of words like greed, inhumane, hatred, difference and think upon words like gratitude, sharing, growing, love and commonality.

The process starts with each of us as individuals and then a small group and then as the quote clearly states:

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful,
committed people can change the world.
Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.

~Margaret Meade

The power of the human spirit to first start with them selves to think a new idea and gather a small grass roots group and create something more that will change the way a larger group can live and develop.

The power of paying it forward.
The power of acceptance of all races.
The power of love and sharing our resources.
The power of teaching new views on gratitude.

We need to be more innovative in our home and in our communities and our cities.  We need to love and share new ways to develop gratitude and share what strengths we all have and make better use of them instead on focusing on our weaknesses.

We should talk more to create that conversation with groups we less understand and not hate but understand those differences and utilize all our strengths.

We truly are all in this together.  One human race.  One desire to live in happiness and not build upon hatred.

I found this video that goes into more of this idea.  It is 18 minutes long but I have listened to it twice.  May it inspire your thinking this week.

I share it with you and I hope you will think upon the thoughts.

Love each other

Live with each other with proactive thoughts

Dream with each other that this proactive thinking will not only save one life from hate but save the human race from self destruction.

Enjoy the video and have a great day : )
