Welcome to part five of our five part series on Gratitude Attitude.
Sharing with you what can be a reality, if we choose. Sharing this with you is exactly the intention of this series. For now of course it is just a vision and a vision without action is just some thoughts that are soon forgotten.
It is the intention to inspire your thoughts, to create that action within your life. Then enable you and of course give to you the power to pass it on, pay it forward and teach another for the future generations, the power of the Gratitude Attitude
The point of this series was not just to educate you the reader, many of you already know and feel a deep sense of gratitude.
But the goal is to give you strength and inspire you to teach and deliver others from the pain they may be feeling.
Not in any condescending way because those who do get that type of treatment tend to buck your intentions. They almost tend to want to stay in the way they feel because .... 'you just don't understand'. Even though maybe you do understand.
Today we want to share some resources that I have found.
These will enable you to be a beacon, that I mentioned yesterday. That mighty light house on the rocky shore that prevents the ships from crashing, if we can be that important to a coworker, a trusted friend, or a relative, or maybe just maybe down the road tell our story. What a powerful message and story you can deliver.
Today I want to get into more on this point of the discussion, lets call it:
Enable others to live in Gratitude
An enabler is defined as 'one who enables another to achieve an end.'
(source Merriam Webster online)
We can of course be an enabler for good or help another to drag on his ineffective and destructive behavior. It is all in our words and our strategy.
To develop a plan to share gratitude to another is to enable a person to learn about their strengths and to be grateful for themselves and their family.
Get correct views of life, and learn to see the world
in its true light. It will enable you to live pleasantly,
to do good, and, when summoned away,
to leave without regret.
~ Robert E. Lee
I do believe it all starts with prayer and meditation. Each day take a moment to reflect and listen to your inner soul/spirit.
Then follow that moment with time in prayer not asking for so many things but giving thanks for what has been given to you.
Prayer is when you talk to God;
meditation is when you listen to God.

The next part is a healthy belief system in you. What are you thinking about, is is positive thoughts or not so positive? Is your self talk giving you energy or is it depleting you?
After you get your belief system take some time daily if not 3x a week on a gratitude journal that you can record what your grateful for and also what your feeling at that moment. You will find that if you have a life worth living you will have a life worth living.
Daily and effective action towards sharing what your grateful for and letting your light shine out there for others.
We can all be effective without being over bearing.
The fact is most people hate being overwhelmed on anything they retreat.
The fact is people learn when it is presented and they can take small steps and have some success along the way.
The fact is these simple steps shown here with some positive energy added, from a good diet, and exercise and small victories can make anyone feel good about what they have.....right now.
A quick video link that I hope you watch and share.
