Happy Sunday everyone! A welcome home to my son late last night and early this morning. Did not get to sleep until close to 3am of course it was closer to 4am with the time change.
Much thanks and appreciation to all of you for your kind comments and well wishes to me and my son. Glad to have him aboard.
Monday is an inservice day at his new school so I will try to get him enrolled and hopefully he can start on Tuesday when my daughter goes back to school.
Prayers requested and thanks in advance for both prayers and kind thoughts for both my kids, and my wife Janice for accepting all of us into her heart and efforts. Love you hun!
The Sunday thoughts as I brought Troy back home was to all of the kids who seem to get unsettled and unfocused.
The blame they take and burden themselves with is often unfounded, unneccessary and can be changed and remolded with a sense of significance, gifts of love, plenty prayer and attention.
Sure they have a part to play to remove these burdens, and as I told my son last night these two things.
First the past does not dictate your future. We are in control of our thoughts and actions and past results does not neccessarily guarantee future performance. You read this statement in investment prospectus and it is the same in life.
YOUR PAST DOES NOT NEED TO REPRESENT YOUR FUTURE. YOUR IN CONTROL.
You indeed do reap what your sow so sow wisely and with purpose.
Second my statement that: What other people think of you is really none of your business. Plain and simple you need not worry about what others say about you, however we do need to have a keen eye in the mirror and on our own focus and goals going forward.
OTHER PEOPLE OPINIONS ARE MERELY THAT OPINIONS AND THEY ARE REALLY NONE OF OUR BUSINESS. TO THOSE CRITICS WHO LIVE LIFE ON BEING A CRITIC SORRY, BUT YOU MAY CARRY ON BUT IT REALLY IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS. YOUR IN CONTROL.
You still reap what you sow so sow wisely but you should be your toughest critic not another person who does not even really know your heart or spirit.
Your walk should always outshine your talk.
Live your life with imagination of what can be and make it so.
Live your life with laughter not just at those funny things you hear but laugh at your self from time to time.
Live your life with purpose and plan your next step towards your goals.
Live your life with a goal driven perspective, written down, plain and simple and clear so that you can easily follow them. Retrofit them based on your results but don't abandon them because of failure we would all be using fire to light or world and smoke to signal instead of the electric and phones that someone kept pushing towards failure after failure. Life is full of failure, and success with persistence.
Live your life with love, a smile and always prayer.
Just some advice this Sunday morning and yes I do need to read these words myself from time to time and react to my meditations that are placed in my mind and spirit from these thoughts.
