Sunday Prayer and Sunday Thoughts ~11/21/2010

Happy Sunday to you and yours! May your day be blessed, inspired, and enriched! May the warmth from the love of those around you, keep your spirit warm and your outlook bright.

Take time to enjoy a few minutes in prayer today, focus this time in a quiet place in your home or yard and breathe deeply your surroundings.

Go into your prayer with thoughts of gratitude for what you have, what God has promised in his word and what possibilities can come from your effort and drive.

Prayer should always begin and start with thanks and praise, God knows what you need, he gives you the promise that he will never give you a problem or challenge that you can not overcome.

Take the time, quietly to understand his word and give thanks to his grace. You are alive, well and blessed, all that you need to live a inspired and joyous life.

Just a few moments today in prayer and thought can open your thoughts up to a better way for the day and this week. So take the time to pray and mediate, to will see and feel the difference.

Some quotes on prayer:

“Prayer is not asking. It is a longing of the soul.

It is daily admission of one's weakness.

It is better in prayer to have a heart

without words than words without a heart.”

~Mahatma Gandhi quotes

A prayer may be the simple and easiest way to get in touch with ones inner thoughts and feelings.

“Getting in touch with your true self
must be your first priority.”
~ Tom Hopkins
Today focus on you for a moment, dig deeper into what your focus has been on, what you have allowed to become fears, what you have empowered to take away from your true spirit instead of pushing that force away and ending its power over you.

A quick 3:33 video to help you to relax and maybe set the tone for your mediation. Enjoy it and take time for you.

You are the source of all that happens in your life. No one else.

Take action into what you are able to do with thought and action.

Show gratitude, live gratitude, give gratitude.
