Happy Monday everyone and welcome to another great day and the start of a great week! Full of smiles and many chances to make a difference in another persons life. That other person could even be you. The change in our attitude that we can make with a simple smile in the mirror, a sincere smile that says, I am grateful for the energy that flows through my body, I am in alignment with the knowledge that anything can be accomplished with the right plan, the right execution and the right adjustments as needed. With words like these and a belief that they are not only possible but they are you can do just about anything, right now, today.
I am a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys, have been since I was 8 years old. I have watched them lose in a close game, and lose in a very lopsided game. I have also seen them win.
The difference in yesterdays win over the New York Giants was the coaching, and the way the team was prepared. They were asked to play with excellence, to look in the mirror and focus on nothing else but execution of the play, the one play in front of them. The won yesterday because of that focus. Focus in life means everything, belief in yourself and execution in the right plan is the first step.
You must focus on your daily habits of belief or self doubt. You can not anyone direct your attitude for when you do you give them power to control your feelings and your actions which lead to your results. Your focus on you is everything.
From the backstabbing co-worker to the meddling sister-in-law, you are in charge of how you react to the people and events in your life.
You can either give negativity power over your life or you can choose happiness instead. Take control and choose to focus on what is important in your life.
Those who cannot live fully often become destroyers of life.”
This day is yours, what do you make of it?
May your smiles abound.
May your joy lift another spirit.
May you stay hungry and stay foolish!
May your heart be warmed because it always was.
Smiles sent your way this day and always!
Happy Monday everyone! : )
