Today I want to continue with a view on Making a Difference with our community and our workplace.

So many times we look at our community with the thought that this should not be this way or that way. That truly why do people have to litter, or why do people have to pan handle.
The stories are easily told and explained
when we are not the one writing them.
One way or another we judge the outcome before we understand or seek the reasons.
To truly make a difference we need to be part of the solution and not the reason to explain the fault.

If we just choose to make a difference by first respecting the others point of view.
If we just chose to show empathy to another in a point of need.
If we just chose to smile when another shows concern or worry.
A kind word goes a long way. So does the smile!
When we start to make a difference with ourselves change will happen with us.
When we start to make a difference with our family change will happen for them.
When we start to make a difference with our workplace and our community as far as how we perceive change, we will grow and change will grow with it.
It all starts with us! It always starts with you.
