Thursday Theory 06/24/10

Welcome everyone to a great and yes I mean great Thursday!  My intention for this day is to spend it with my love and partner Janice and share many smiles along the way during its journey.





My theory, as I like to share on Thursday, is that when your in love and feel the very magic of being with the right person at the right time everything just seems to flow better along life's highway.  I sincerely hope your journey is filled with love as is mine.


This week I have been sharing with you my thoughts and idea's on intention and sabotage. How often we awake and start our day on the right path and intention but somewhere along the way we stop and flutter to the ground like a bird with a bad wing.


Our only question is why?  Why do we want the very best for ourselves and our loved ones but come up short even though we truly intend on fixing the issue we want to change.


Fear?  Yeah, spoke about that yesterday.


Comfort?  You bet, we like to be in our comfort zone. We feel safe there.


There are other words I am sure to describe why we do it I'm sure but often we have more association with the pleasure of not following through than the pain of the effort needed.


Yesterday I shared a video of Nick Vujicic who has not arms or legs yet continues to push forward, things like surfing, swimming in the ocean he does not sit in anyone's corner and pity himself. He pushes on, and pushes on and completes what he sets out to do.


How do have that mind set?  How, just do it.


How does anyone with a disability accomplish what they need to do?  They just do it!


So my theory about sabotage is that if we can acknowledge that we let this happen we can at the very least acknowledge the need and the how we can change it.

Create your reality today, set aside all the reasons that this won't work and turn them off like a light switch.


Create your reality with simple lets do it and I will do it mentality.


Just do it!


You want to lose some weight?  Just intend to and make a plan to eat better portions and control your caloric intake.  Exercise and stay focused on your planned goal.


You want to quit smoking?  Tired of that smoke that filters through your throat to your dark lung lining?  Are you have you thought of your life 10 or 20 years from now if you keep smoking?  Then just quit, get the necessary help what ever it may be but do it today. Focus on the knowledge that man was not born with a smoking roll of paper in hand to clutter the landscape of his lung and health.


Do you want to smile and laugh more?  Tired of the old face you see in the morning?  Then start living with the gratitude and the attitude that life is worth living and today, yes today can and will be a great day!  Live your life with intention!  You want to smile more?  Just do it!


Just do it!  Stop with the excuses and mindless failures of the past.


Just do it!
