Terrific Tuesday! A day to give thanks for what we have and if we are reading this blessed with the gift of a strong mind, and the ability to focus. The mind is the strongest tool and organ that we have and should always protect. To be able to acknowledge the fact that today is a great day and that we are blessed healthy and strong and alive is a great set of realities that we should all be grateful for.
This week as I stated I wanted to write about the word focus and today in the context of the mind. Being any emotion starts of course from our mind, out thoughts and of course flows through our spirit and soul.

Focus sends us in a direction that is very true. A direction of purpose and a direction of intention. We decide what we want or have to do based on that focus.
Some of us do have a stronger focus of course most of the time based on discipline and sheer determination.

Take watch over your focus, and always allow your values and soul to lead you.
Focus on hurting no one or nothing least of all don't hurt your self and those you love.
Focus on what can I do right now to make me or those around me a better place.
One more thing to focus on .........SMILE......... It may be the single most important facial expression to give that can and will change a hurting soul.
Even if that hurting soul is yours!
