Giving Thanks on Tuesday ~ 02/02/10

Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope your Monday was a good one. So what are you grateful for today. Mine are very easy, let me go first.

-- Missy, my better half of 6+ years came home last night around 10:00 PM. I am very grateful for that indeed. She is still weak but her sugar is under control and the bacteria that was in her blood from the infection is on the mend. Thanks so much for the prayers and thoughts.

--My daughter Tori, 15 years old and she picked up the chores around the house. I did get to take her shopping on Sunday and we went out to eat. But a great big thank you to her for taking care of things while I was at work.

--Ok in the grand scheme of things this one is not nearly as important but I have to share it. I am grateful for a coffee maker that brews one cup at a time with ease, no fuss, and perfection in taste. The K-cups give variety and value. Good stuff!!

So those are mine and I am also thankful for those who have made comments regarding the gratitude journal. It will take some discipline and getting used to its use. But guess what you will be glad you did. Try it if you have not started one and give it a month just 27 more days and see if you notice a difference in how you view your world.
