Happy Sunday everyone and the first Sunday of the new year!
Cold here in Pittsburgh, no more like frigid here in Pittsburgh.
Temp right now is 6 degree's brrrr.
Makes you appreciate the summer months a little more.
Today I pick up my daughter she was visiting her mom in Texas for the holidays and yes she was missed, the house was a little quieter and it will be great to have her back.
The new year has started nicely another member was added to MMSO thats 30 do I hear 31.
Make ME Smile Online was launched March 18, 2009 and my expectation for this site is found in the 'Our Mission' link click on the highlighted text. My resolve is to not only make a difference myself this year but to teach others that when we make a difference not only do we feel good but we cause an effect on the greater good of humanity. When we share that smile or do some type of giving or kind act we send positive energy that almost always finds its way back to us.
Energy the world is made of energy. Even in stillness there is energy. Calm and quiet a beautiful ocean or lake beholds so much life and energy. We all have witnessed walking into a room and can tell right away if the room is teeming with joy or has just been witness to a sad or angry event. That is energy in full swing. When we walk into a room how is our energy reflected? Are we positive or negative energy?
My goal this year is too always leave the world a bit better.
My goal this year is too always send positive energy in my wake.
It is not easy thats for sure. We have many different happenings in our life. But how we allow them to linger, how we allow them to effect our long term moments.
A quote by Charles Swindoll fits nicely here, he stated:

It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. Attitude is everything, so as we venture into the first full week of 2010 lets us look within and make sure our attitude is one that will enhance not one that detracts. An attitude that will give value to any given person we come across and not deplete their energy.
