Choose wisely.
I remember as a small child wandering away from mom in the store. The toy department or just down the wrong food aisle. Needless to say I was soon lost amongst all of the unfamiliar surroundings and needless to say strangers. Do you remember the feeling to feel lost. Yes it is scary, you feel alone. You wandered the aisles calling out mom or dad, where are you?
Then you were found or led by a store clerk to them and felt safe once more.
Lost but now found
The power of the hymn amazing grace. John Newton a slave trader in the late 1700's wrote a song that even now brings tears to my eyes. The sound of this song can heal, soften, mend or strengthen a tired soul. God bless John Newton with the gift of song writing that day. This song and the story of it is in the video that is embedded here. I found it on You Tube of course and I wanted to share it. I hope you enjoy it.

The power of this song is so very unique and so touching to those who hear it.
In my heart and soul I truly believe the power of a sincere smile can evoke emotion, no not as powerful as the song Amazing Grace, but indeed a smile has emotional responses. The smile when shared with others leads us and our emotions to a kind and gentle place. The day becomes brighter in that interest and a soul has been touched by the hope that this moment, right now feels better.
Gratitude in our daily living can have a long lasting impact in our soul as well. Living a life filled with thankfulness and prayers of thanks will help change your day, week and year.
One smile at a time! One person at a time! One act of gratitude shared with each other.
Lost but now found.
Till next time...... Smile!
