Saturday in Your Park with Joy

Live in the world with Joy in your spirit or live with sorrow or misery.  What is the reason so many people choose the later.  Why live with a cloud over your head.  One word, choice.  They choose.

Waking up every morning with one single prayer uttered to the world.   Thank You!

Getting up and putting your feet on the floor happy that you have another day to do that.

Grateful that you can stand on two feet, or open your eyes and see, no matter its all about living in a life of joy!

From your spirit joy flows

From your joy the world goes well

Be brave and patient and know that your thoughts

Your words

Your actions

Send Joy or deliver something else

With your smile sent outwardly the energy comes back in the form of joy

Send one out to the world

Live in the Zone.

From my Happy Zone

I send you a smile

: )

Enjoy it !

Sunday Restoration and Remembering

To remember and to give honor to those who serve and deserve so much more.  My salute and my thanks go to all that serve us today and have in the past served and gave all.

Take the time to say a prayer and make the time to care

Remember all that have served our great nation

Take the time to thank them and share your gratitude for them

Hero's we should remember that they served and gave all

Light a candle, wave a flag, say a prayer and give thanks

Freedom has a cost

They paid it so you could have freedom

As always Smiles sent your way

and thanks for all who serve each day

and all that have served
