Challenging days and times are here and most likely more in the future. Standing in the rain and saying there is no rain over and over does not make it so. It is raining.
The key to handling these times is maintaining focus on things that matter. Yesterday it was creating and today it is to maintain those things you created. Take those items and be grateful that they are there.
Remind yourself that this storm will pass and we will be better as a person for it.
When you are standing in the rain, don't forget to jump in the puddles and dance. Life is better when you dance and jump a little.
