To build and maintain trust not only for others but for yourself. The foundation of getting things done is to trust the process and those who create and upgrade the process.
Normal trust processes like stopping for traffic signs, and using proper turn signals are important for everyday safety and public concern. Often however we ignore speed limits, cheat perhaps on focusing on the road instead of the best radio station or recent text alert and chaos can quickly erode.
Trust can be tricky if we don't follow it for ourselves.

Make commitments to your self and hold yourself accountable
Trust the process
Respect the outcomes and maintain your education
Be flexible
Love yourself and be kind to yourself
Be consistent
What if we didn't stop at every red light
