Seasons Past to embrace when you wish you could let go
The music and the joy and the smiles and the children playing with the new toys. The wrapping paper strewn about, the dinner getting prepared for those about. The season filled with joy and for some filled with seasons past for those they have recently lost.
It can be hard.
Loss is loss, it does not matter how it just. is and the grief and pain is real.
Some just wish it to rush on by the season, some grieve in their own way. Some celebrate the way they did knowing those gone would want it that way
Tips are many, setting a place setting at the table, preparing the favorite dish, burning a candle each day in remembrance.
Grieve in your own way it is indeed part of life. Love thyself try not to be too hard on yourself. Remember the great times and the good and smiles and love sent your way.
