Growth is important from birth.  Birth of a child, birth of a movement, a enterprise getting off the ground or even growth of ones faith and hope.  Challenges come with growth and naturally we stated the changes are inevitable.  We are either growing or regressing there is no status quo.  We have the power to go back to safety and retreat but make no mistake you are not growing you are holding onto your reserves and reserves dwindle if not for age and depreciation.

Being flexible is an important factor in growing.  The winds of change are doing their best to change the landscape and we must remain strong in our vision and our pursuit of growth.  Focus on your goals and the dreams that inspired them.  Focus on effort no matter how small it may be it is pushing forward straight into that wind.
