Thoughts become things, words and actions flow forth and cause reactions.  Reactions go back to its origin the thought and the cycle repeats.

So what of these words and actions and of course they matter.  We have a simple path of growth.  Embrace the right words.  Words like I AM and the words that follow that have so much power that flows like a raging river to its endless flow of energy or flow of struggle.

Words like I CAN and I WILL and maybe even I MUST with the words that follow bring conviction to climb the slope of growth and progress.

Words like LOVE and KINDNESS and SHARE.  To love is amazing but we first must love oneself.  To express and breathe kindness is almost an equal fore kindness delivered brings memories and moments to another that flows beyond your moment shared.  Share them both, embrace them both.  

These words and some of the words below in the image that I shared have power and strength beyond your imagination.

Keep growth simple

Keep your thoughts pure and filled with love and kindness

Rise up and share and care more

Yes words matter and so does our use of them
