 Day 19 Your spirit and energy is always relevant.  Never let another define that for you.  Rise up!

Day in and day out we have outside forces that push at us instead of soothe its way into our spirit.  Some of these outside forces range from false friends, out right narcissistic tendencies that go against our very growth.  When defined don't engage just move forward as you would even if they were not there.  This is your journey, your adventure never forget that.  Share love, share kindness not just with others but with self.  Expect the best for yourself and for others you don't engage just hope for better, karma will define their path on its very own.
