Everyone has low moments in ones life. Many feel the lows are all they have. If you feel that change that feeling with control.
Control the breathing the feeling inside that its unraveling or even if it is not you don't have control of it. You do have control. I know it may seem like a mountain in front at times but one step at a time and you can overcome it.
Write down the what if moments, what if I could feel content and happy? What if I could conquer this problem what can I do to get that accomplished. What resources are there that I can reach out to? What steps, what calls what moments of fear can I let go of? Let it go and reach out and rise up. Reach for it.... Smiles sent : )

Bend if you must and if you may need to but never break or give in
Rest
Breathe deep
Step when you can
Move forward you will
Don't look back only to see how far you have moved forward
let it strengthen you

Hustle, make it happen this you can do
Focus on that
