Another Memorial Day passed, we watched the parades, planted the flags, meditated and thought of those gone and gave all. We had some food and fun with family and friends but the question every year is now what do we do ? Do we go back to old habits, slowly disembark on the road of least resistance or do we indeed remember what they fought for and what our creator wanted from us. Less war more peace, more love less hate, more kindness less despair. What can we do now? So much more so much better.
