A new chapter, a new page in a new book of 365 pages ~ 2021 begins your journey ~ Appreciate the Differences ~ On Empathy

 Challenging times we are in not just recently of course since man became territorial.  When we drew up borders, discerned and concerned over the color of skin.  We forgot God our creator and spew man made feelings that divided, disliked, hated and far from created kindness or love.  Why?  How did we get here.  Not blog or explanation can answer that question of course but perhaps one word could mend, heal, connect and start the process of closing the divide of fear and hate.

Imagine that

A little child but in these days  it could be a bigger child

We need to seek to understand

To listen to the rhetoric

To emphasize with our customer, team members

To listen and hear our family and to seek to understand 

To share their feelings and bring them to common ground

Even if the common ground is humanity, love, kindness and respect

Seeing

Listening Actively

Feeling and caring

Loving

Embracing

Growing with honor and respecting our creator through our actions
