A quick update, it is day 3 of my journey, I have not received my test results hope to get them by Monday or possibly find a testing center. The first 5 to 7 days are the toughest today and I just got nauseous enough to expel some fluids. My head ache is a little better as I am taking prescription ibuprofen 4x a day. My body had chills this morning which was no fun. I still have no appetite or smell or taste and that is an additional anxiety. So far I have been very fatigued. My thanks to all those who have sent kind words, kind thoughts and fervent prayer for me. Thank you !
My new focus this year is to follow this motto that I have designed for the cause of 2021.
Hope for Better ~ Expect the Best.
I found this poem a few years ago and I wanted to share it again. We have choices in our life, each day and in everyday I hope you feel the urge to always do the right thing for yourself and humanity.
We are all in this together.
