So for the record Monday is just like any other day.  Our perception of the day starts with our beliefs in this day.  The words we silently speak to our internal belief system.

We are responsible for this message.  When we speak to ourselves the phrase 'oh no another Monday, I can't wait til this day is over', we speak negative vibes into our days flow.

Stop it.  I know easier said than down.  But when we truly want change we will reach for it.  So reach for it today.  Replace the above phrase and install this one.  This day is like every other day, I have the power and the knowledge and strength to make this day work for me.

A day working for you.  Imagine that.

Rise up with joy and gratitude.
Rise up with a stretch for the greatness that will be within your grasp.
Rise up with a smile and a pace in your step that has confidence and determination to believe and achieve.

Rise up with a pattern of love and kindness not hatred and envy.

Rise up with a random act of hope and belief and action that makes another person day breathe easier.

Start today, yes today a Monday start today.
