Easier to be grateful on a Friday but the rewards of daily gratitude are many. So let us start on a Friday.
The choice is always ours but the rewards or losses are as well.
To start the day, and live each day is profoundly advantageous.
Energy vampires exist you feel it and you know it after dealing with it.
They drain the happiness out of you or limit the time with it.
Say no as you would to living a dangerous scenario
Say no as you would to drinking a harmful poison
Say no you have that right to allow them to play in their own sand box.
Being a parent is rewarding
To pass along the strength of grace and gratitude has profound outcomes
Outcomes of love and patience. Giving the gift of gratitude to you children priceless
