The first quote explains and encourages the ability of every human to refrain from complaining and embrace and push forward with action.  Maybe its a smile shared and kind words of encouragement.  Maybe its righting a wrong and embracing the need for social acknowledgement and change.

The second explains the constant focus of never giving up and seeing your desired result through to the very end of success.  The road is long and at times very difficult but the effort is worth it with the determination and focus you put in.
