To be understood. Seek first to understand
Understand by listening, by observing and showing empathy.
If we all acted the same way how boring would this world be?
How many dreams would be dreamt?
How many problems would be solved?
We need the variety it adds so much to the process of solutions being found
We are truly all in this together but yet we talk and yell more than we listen.
So the motivation mastery moment
Stop ~ observe ~ listen ~ emphasize ~ understand
Now I am not saying we all need to conform to one way of thinking
We must follow our truth, our path and our journey is ours.
What we should say is how do we align with progress, honest intellectual conversation
With Liberty and Justice for ALL
