We can make choices everyday but

Choices made in a second but last infinitely because of the ripples they leave
We create our reality and destiny
We create those moments that ripple longer than we can imagine
We choose what we allow to consciously effect our thoughts and reactions
No one gets permission to create our emotional direction unless we give that permission
Your choice, your direction your habits are made from these decisions
